Shipping & Delivery

Free Standard Ground Shipping is offered on most orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding purchase orders and packages considered heavy or oversized by the applicable carrier.

You can see the Shipping details at the check out cart. If there is no additional charge to your order then it is Free Shipping.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, FL USA. You will receive an email after your package is out the door and with tracking information, making sure you get quick delivery and know when it’s hitting your doorstep. Orders placed before 12 p.m., Eastern Time, usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m., Eastern Time, will ship no later than the following business day (Except Saturday and Sunday).

Fast Shipment Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your order within 2-6 business days depending to the destination. Our Fast Shipment Guarantee applies to in-stock orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses are excluded from this guarantee.

Shipping Details

      • Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and oversized/overweight products.

      • Lightweight items (18 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail and may not contain a tracking number. This normally arrives within two to four days. Heavier items ship via FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground. Delivery times range from one to five days, depending upon the distance to the destination.

      • We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS mail (First Class or Priority).
      • Duties and Taxes: we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
